I’m back with another recipe but this time it for dinner.
I’m back with the Blogger’s Food Network but this time I don’t have my former assistant Brianne. Do like a some what easy gourmet meal Rouladen. I can tell you one thing it’s so yummy.
This is how you make it!
- Really thin beef, you can buy it in a package or you can do it yourself
- Low fat bacon
- Dijon musturd
- White onion
Now you need the utensils
Now this is what you do!
- Spread the meat out on the cutting board
- First spread the musturd on the meat
- Chop the bacon up and then put the bacon on the meat
- Next put the chopped up onion thee meat
- After that roll up the Rouladen and put the skewer through the middle of the Rouladen
- Then bring out your pot and put the Rouladen in the pot
- Put the pot on the stove
- Set the stove on medium/high heat
- Brown the meat
- Take the Rouladen out of the pot to make gravy
- Put the Rouladen back in the pot and let it simmer for 30 to 60 minutes
Rouladen is a really good meal for a family party or just with the family. It’s a really good dinner.
